Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Users") who use the presale platform ("Service") operated by Pesscoin ("Company"). By using this Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Description of Service The Company provides a platform for the presale of Pesscoin tokens ("Tokens"). The Service includes the following features: Connecting cryptocurrency wallets. Facilitating token purchases and verifying transactions. Providing information about the pesscoin project.
User Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service under their jurisdiction. Users are responsible for all activities associated with their cryptocurrency wallet. Users should have sufficient technical knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
Prohibited Activities Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities: Misusing the Service or disrupting blockchain networks. Conducting fraudulent or illegal transactions. Violating third-party rights or transmitting unlawful content. The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service if prohibited activities are detected.
Presale Terms Token Purchase Procedure: Users may purchase Tokens using cryptocurrencies specified by the Company (BNB). All transactions are processed through blockchain networks. (If an unavoidable manual purchase is made, it will be considered under the same conditions.) Refund Policy: All transactions are final, and refunds are not allowed. Legal Nature of Tokens: Tokens are utility tokens and are not considered securities or investment products.
Risk Disclosure Users must understand the risks inherent in cryptocurrencies and presales, including but not limited to the following: Price volatility of cryptocurrencies. Technical issues with blockchain networks. Wallet security breaches. The Company is not responsible for any losses arising from these risks.
Limitation of Liability The Company is not liable for: Loss, mismanagement, or theft of private keys or wallet credentials. Blockchain network failures or transaction delays. Disputes between Users or between Users and third parties.
Privacy The Company does not collect personal information. Wallet addresses and transaction records are managed on the blockchain, which is outside the Company's control. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
To prevent misuse and ensure service stability, we may collect the device's unique identifier (ANDROID_ID). The collected data is not shared externally and is used only for detecting duplicate accounts or repeated fraudulent activities.
Amendments to the Terms The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the updated Terms and discontinuing use if they disagree with the changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the competent courts in Estonia (e.g., the Tallinn District Court).
